Notes concerning the services:
(1) At BRONZE level, only critical issues blocking access to the software are taken into account. At SILVER and superior levels, a wide range of questions is handled by XWiki experts.
(2) XWiki SAS provides an XWiki installation guide under Linux.
(3) With a maximum of 1 day, at Platinum level, XWiki SAS will perform a standard installation of XWiki and provide an on-boarding training. In case of custom installation with specific business constraints a quote can be provided for XWiki to perform the custom installation.
(4) XWiki SAS answers to questions related to development with the XWiki Platform and helps your team configure their instance and install correctives.
(5) The GOLD support for extensions is limited to the major features. The Platinum level extends to all features including minor. XWiki SAS will do it's best effort to handle issues or find an alternate solution.
(6) up to 4 cluster nodes
(7) XWiki SAS provides a guide to configure and setup a recovery plan. A quote can be provided for XWiki to perform it's installation and configuration for the Client.
(8) At Platinum level, as part of the developer support hours, XWiki SAS can assist the client for the upgrade of its instance. A quote can be provided for full handling of the upgrade.
(9) XWiki answers to questions and issues concerning the LDAP connection. At Platinum level, as part of the development support hours, XWiki SAS can help you configure the LDAP connection directly on the instance.
(10) The Silver level is required for installation with standard Single-Sign On (Google Apps, Azure). XWiki will provide indications on the available modules. At Platinum level, the installation can be performed as part of the dev support hours.
(11) The Gold level is required for custom Single-Sign On installations. At Platinum level, the installation can be performed as part of the dev support hours.
(12) Instances requiring custom development are more complex to support as they require specific technical knowledge. In order to take into account this complexity, the Gold or Platinum level is required and a specific annual cost for "Custom Developments Support" of 15% of the total cost of custom developments is applicable and added to the standard support pricing.
