At XWiki SAS, being a company working from two offices (Paris in France and Iasi in Romania) and with many remote workers, we do a seminar every year to get to know each other better, increase the integration of newcomers and make sure all teams know what each other is doing and learn to work more together.

In this year's seminar, we have been 10 days all together and had team presentations, team sessions, trainings as well as great visits in the Bran/Brasov area in Romania, including the awesome walk to the Urlătoarea cascade, and also a great costume party.

For this year's seminar which has been particularly awesome in Bran, Romania, at an offsite Hotel with an incredible view on the valley and the Bran Castle (yes it's the Dracula one), we have also done the traditionnal hackathon for which we had some very nice projects. For instance: activity Ranking system for XWiki.org, syntax highlighting in the browser, sales material presenting the XWiki Product in 5 points and XWiki Solutions...
