The project "Wiki 3.0", carried by XWiki in partnership with INRIA and Mandriva, was retained by the Head office of Competitiveness, Industry and Services (DGCIS) in the call for projects "Innovating Web". This project is one of the 44 other that have been selected from the 340 submitted.
Paris (France), the 25th September 2009
The subsidy obtained will allow the financing of a research program lasting two years, aiming the creation of a collaborative platform of new generation based on new ways of interaction and co-working.
These terms will take advantage of the power of social networks, of the possibilities of collaborative edition of documents in real time and of the cloud infrastructures.
The main objective of the project Wiki 3.0 is to deliver to entreprises a commercial solution able to provide important productivity gains in the exchange and the création of knowledge within trade groups.
