A tool that's easy to use
Our primary concern while creating XWiki Workspaces was to keep it dead simple. That's why we cut the feature set compared with XWiki Enterprise, keeping only essential features.
Workspaces are flexible
You can use a workspace for any kind of activity: preparing an event, working on a project, creating a presentation… XWiki Workspaces will naturally adapt to your daily workflow.
Group your data in one place
Once you start using a workspace to organize your data when working with others, you'll find that information becomes much easier to find. It's always all grouped in one place and organized by application.
For collaborative work
For event organization
Create a workspace to help prepare your event. You'll be able to:
- Create a collaborative to-do list
- Select the images you'll put on the event invitation
- Keep track of what everyone is doing while preparing the event
- And much more!
