At XWiki we use the Collaborative Intranet Solution based on XWiki Enterprise Manager to manage most of our company activity. Each team has their own wiki where department resources and communication are managed. Projects have dedicated spaces and all employees are encouraged to make contributions using collaboration tools. Metadata is used to structure pages depending on the department's needs. Company documents can be easily filtered and sorted using livetables. All data is searchable, including attachments, such as contracts.

Being heavy wiki users, we have built a wide range of applications to help us handle  workload and business processes. We use the meeting manager to organize and handle project, platform and marketing team meetings. Our HR work is mostly handled through business apps that help us organize tasks, recruit the best people and manage all employee data.
