XWiki has been named one of 200 finalists of the Red Herring 100 Europe award program. The Red Herring team compiled the list from more than several hundred nominations that included a rigorous evaluation of the companies' business model, competitive advantage, alliances, customers and technology.

This is a recognition and confirmation that XWiki is making a real impact in the wiki arena. Unfortunately we won't be able to attend the Red Herring conference in Berlin though we wish the organizers and our fellow Finalists a great event.
