What does this mean for the XWiki users?
By installing the ONLYOFFICE Connector Application, users can perform all their editing tasks directly in XWiki, no longer having to switch between the editor and their collaboration software. Additionally, multiple users can collaborate in real-time and push changes directly to XWiki.
Moreover, it will allow users to view, edit and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets and presentations within XWiki. The extension uses an ONLYOFFICE server and works with the following document formats DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPS/PPSX. Plus, users have the double benefit of professional support from XWiki, as well as the ONLYOFFICE team.
